My mother is a pateint of rheumatoid arthritis and c3c4 disc bulge l4l5 disc bulge neck pain back pain and have inflammation in various joints she takes yograj guggul, pidantak vati but she also takes aceclofenac paracetamol tablets 100mg twice a day, she get sufficient relief from this, but I afraid of nsaid associated kidney damage, she is taking aceclofenac paracetamol from 6 months, as i precautions she takes punarwadi mandur in morning and evening, is punarwadi mandur help to prevent kidney damage from nsaid, should she takes continues taking this medicine, should she takes something else to protect her from kidney

Experiencing currently heavy and long bleeding in perimenopause stage.I am 46 years old.This happened after intake of antiviral medicine.Can it cause hormonal imbalance to cause this heavy bleeding with clots? Any remedies or syrups to keep it under control?

I am a vegetarian, not anemic but definitely getting enough iron from diet. Is it okay to use Kottakkal Lohasinduram(101) 100mg for 1 month? Is it safe? Occasionally use of once or twice per week after the initial 1 month dose is advisable? Ferritin 48 ng/ml.
