Go for karnapuran( pouring oil in ears) for tinnitus! You may be suffering from some digestion issues more often which is directly connected to your cough and cold! Take shwas kas chintamani+ sahasraputi abhrak bhasm in 1gm and mix it with 20gm of sugar ( if you are not diabetic) take it in equal quantities daily! Take vacha shunthi, haldi like drugs and rub it on a stone with water..take out its paste and apply around nose forehead !
