Calcium oxalate stones
My body has this tendency to make calcium oxalate stones again and again. I just want to know can I have boiled rice in calcium oxalate stones? What other things should I avoid for its recurrence. Please suggest.

Yes you can have rice....but there is an Ayurveda  way to make Rice- Required amount of rice+ 16 times water-reduce it to half and continuously start with taking out excess water 4-5 times! At the end strain it and have This kind of rice will not be having any starch and will be completely suitable for stone and high sugar levels!

Such crystals form generally when you have high vata and pitta...there are other possible reasons also It's better to avoid anything which is high in calcium.

Avoid potatoes, beetroot, beans, soya, wheat, nuts and seeds etc
