Your kaph has increased and got accumulated in srotas( channels).... Your kaph needs to get diluted and extracted out completely. ..only then you will be feeling light ! Start taking arogyavardhini vati 1-1 twice a day With lakshmi vilas ras+ sitopaladi churna + god anti and tankan
Next Steps
give detailed case history and I will be making you a combination  of medicines....like given above!
Health Tips
start taking food that doesn't help in accumulating kaph in your body!like cold, heavy to digest, slimy food !
