Rheumatoid Arthritis is called as amavata in Ayurveda. There can be a multiple food and daily habits which can produce Ama Dosha further when we start doing activities which induce vata can cause this. Ayurveda can help you to treat this condition with certain life style modifications.

Boil some curry leaves in 2 glass of water when left one glass then take it two time in a day. Second don't eat rice,curd,maize roti,etc. For medicine you can consult here.

This is what is called Amavata in Ayurveda.It is due to ama or impurities settling in joint. The immunity power of the body try to expel it from the body, because of the interaction there develop pain inflammation stiffness in joints .your blood result shows the disease is in a moderate stage.In addition to internal medicine u need Panchakarma procedures.

Since you are so young just 26 yrs...there must have been a hidden cause of your raised RA factor...may be menstrual issue or your lifestyle and dietary habits!!! You have to take complete ayurveda treatment with basti!

Since you are at very young age...so it's quite very easy for your treatment. Generally this issue arises when we don't follow diet rules like not to sleep after lunch or breakfast...eating or munching in between two meals without hunger...eating lot of fast food...or it maybe genetically also...
