Okk dear tell me does you have any kind of stress? If not then it's ok you will be alright after some ayurvedic medication and take shirodhara by nearer ayurvedic doctor it is so effective.. Also do some pranayam before bed like bhramari, bhastrika ,anulome vilome as I am yoga evaluator also will give you proper and beneficial yoga guidance and proper ayurvedic medication.. Which will help you a lot for that pls consult personally thank you..
-Use Badam Rogan oil as nasal drops before sleep ( 4,4 drops).
-start doing meditation before sleep.
-wash your feet before going to bed.
