What can be used as moisturizer
I was using moiz moisturiser till now but I want to shift towards natural,so what can be used for moisturiser and also suggest an alternative to sunscreen

There is no alternate for sunscreen don't skip sunscreen use a good one from pharmacy not the name brand practo has wide  range like for skin type For moisture use shadadhouat ghirtam ( 100 times washed ghee ) Nalapramadi thalim (acen prone ) Kumkumadi for ( glow ) It's better to use some good quality non fragrance pharmacy mositure which are available in practo Becoz using the natural can make ur face look oily if ur going out or ur acen or oil skin it will make worse It's better to use natural one in home or at night

Do Abhyana on a daily basis (application of simple coconut oil for the whole body 15-30min before bath). Helps to nitish your tissue and as well as maintain the hydration.

Better options in ayurveda are available nowadays, At home can use coconut oil and try to stay in natural environment as much as possible rather than in artificial surrounding like AC etc

Don't run AC in dry mode. Cover skin with cotton wears. Screen for thyroid function tests. Sun is good for health and fitness

Coconut oil+ glycerin is a good combination! Although dry skin is due to vata pitta PRAKOP in body.... If you will be doing ABHYANG (massaging your entire body with sesame oil)  daily .... THERE WILL BE NO NEED FOR ANY MOISTURISER  EVER!!! 😍😍😍 ABHYANG is said to be the most effective treatment for vata! Apply oil before half an hour of taking bath and sleeping! Daily Oil massage will - Make your skin shiny and moisturizer Balances vata and pitta in body Improves deep Sleep😴 won't let wrinkles to come before age

It is due to the prakopa of vata and pitta. AYURVEDA has so many natural medicine having skin moisturising  &sunscreen effect.you may use Nalpamaradi taila for whole body use.
