Please provide complete details about sarivadi Vati, uses, benefits and the symptoms it can cure . And also side effects for long term use

I had chronic stress and anxiety due to which i feel heart beat, tinitus lack of sleep , and donot feel fresh after waking up. After 4 hr sleep i become awake and could not fall asleep. I am presently taking Bisoprolol 1.25 mg dose . I studied about the usage of aswagandha in managing chrinic stress and anxiety. So can i take aswagandha if i am taking bisoprolol 1.25 mg ?

I have PCOS for last 6years. I was taking Krimson 35 for 21 days and metformin 500 after some years I take Metformin 500 and dronis 30. But  now my flow is very scanty.
