Healing time varies person to person and yes, you will have pain for some time but as time goes by , it will reduce, during treatment keep hygiene and follow the strict diet, don't sit for long. For thread change , this could take 5-7 days for one thread change, and how many threads will be used, it depends on your condition and your surgeon too.
Sir, usually 3 cm fistula in Ano will take 3 months time to heal.once in seven days ksharasutra will change.Pain will be there 4-5 days after changing the thread every time and thereafter getting reduced the pain. Sitz twice or thrice for 20 minutes may be done to reduce the pain. Infiltration with Anu taila may also reduce pain.
