I'm having anal fistula. And tract measures approximately 2.8cm in length and 0.7to1.3 cm in width. I have gone through ksharsutra treatment 15 days back but still too much pain there. From last thread change I am not able to bare the pain, I am willing to go to toilet many times, skin gets pilled off from anal region.
Approximately how much time fistula will take to head of above size

Fistula takes time to heal ...as the kshar sutra has to be changed every week which will work by healing And cutting continuously atleast for 3 months!
Take AYURVEDA pain killer And apply jatyadi oil over it
Sir ,it will take 2 to 3 months to cut through. If you feel much pain sitz bath and Anu taila infiltration into the tract can be done. Ksharasutra cut the tract little by little, usually cutting happen first 3 days after putting the KS ,slight bleeding may occur while cutting tissue. The KS will change once in seven days till cut through.
