You can take it but if your digestive fire is low ...you won't be able to digest it...as milk+ Ghee is heavy in nature! Instead start taking gandharv haritaki 1/2 spoon at night within warm water! This will Not increase dryness in your body And will lead to smooth motion! Apply jatyadi oil on fissure And push 15 ml of Same oil in your anal region ! Consult for detail queries!
Next Steps
avoid heavy oil spicy outside junk food... take light homely food! start kapalbhati pavanmukta Asian sarvang asan!
