Its OK don't panic...this can be due to long time absence of periods due to lactation! Vata increases And color changes with clots! You should start with uterus purification medicines after Delivery! Consult with me !

Its quite normal in this period. First foremost thing is you try to reduce and then stop breast feeding now. That will naturally leads to normalize your cycle.

I think your normal, irregularities may be because of stress.Take Asokarishta & Lohasva mix together and consume twice daily after food.

Is there abdominal discomfort nausea or heavy blood flow then needed to evaluated in personal but as u shared USG normal means ur under treatment with ur dr which is good follow him.

I need some more details. Is there any foul smell, pain in the abdomen or any discomfort. A slight change in color may be seen for a few months and later it will be normal, initially it might be deep red, then pinkish brown and even lighter color. If you have other symptoms associated with it please consult and take a proper treatment.
