Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am being treated for jaw disorder. After 2 year of my treatment I have observed, now 1)I can chew better 2)talk better 3)my  lower row of teeth moving backwards Etc..But even now my facial muscles are so tight that my facial shape is contracted and not normal, my teeth don't fit together properly etc. Is my condition improving? I always feel  worry about this? Please help....

Hi last 3 months ago i see one white patch in my mouth and its painless & the position is upper jaw left side..then i go to dentist he saw and say its nothing don't worry now i am worried because whie color can't go please help also last 3 week ago my left side of jaw skin become white and swell now its small swell but white color can't go proper please help..i have attcahed the images for the same please help

On the right side tongue I have a small bump and it is hard. It is painless as well. I have attached the image as well for the same bump. Note: beside to that bump one tooth is there which is very sharp and I bite my tongue a lot. Kindly let me know the issue is for biting tongue or for any other reason,  as i am little scared. I got my wisdom tooth removed 2 weeeks ago and today felt weird in that area. Then noticed it was cotton pellet. Removed it with my hand and it started bleeding again. What should i do?

I have black spots on teeths. I have gone through scaling technique 2-3 times, however, they are occurring again and again. I am not able to understand that why they are appearing again and again. Please tell me it's permanent solution other than scaling because it is not a permanent solution. Sometimes, I remove front teeths spots using my nails but in the next morning they again come up.

I can't eat food which tasts SOUR even a little bit since a long time ago. Besides it everything is fine. There is no problem for eating other food. No pain No other problem or symptoms. Please suggest me a toothpaste or tooth gel so that i can eat acitic food or drink.
