Tooth and Mouth Problems

It's upper first molar teeth... It was treated with root canal treatment around 10years ago.. now it's paining.. especially when I chew and have hot and sweet things... It's not covered with any crown (artificial teeth) just some kind of ceramic filling... What should be done... Any home remedies.. or over the counter medicine or should consult doctors?? Is it serious...

I upper gums are seen when I smile.. which makes me hid my smile often..the upper teeth are front of the lower teeth

After splint therapy, and now during bite correction for tmj with braces I have noticed that the gap between upper front teeth and lower front teeth is increasing and both upper and lower molar teeth are touching together and making my misaligned teeth even more misaligned..... My mother had two tooth extraction last Sunday and during the procedure her tongue was scarped very badly. The tongue has now swelled up very badly and there is a formation white layer on top of it. My tooth was decayed need only filling. But my dentist without X-ray.numbed me in a crazy and painful way and apened the tooth.i went to another and make X-ray.the tooth wasnt in need for root canal.but because it was opened i was needed to root canal and it was very painful procedure because the nerve was alive. Is this reason for pain logic??
