When I eat something from right side of mouth,a very small pointed inflammation happen for very less time.after some seconds or minute it goes.It only happen while I eat.when I try to see it later I can't find it.its very small like 1 mm in diameter.

Precautions for exercising for tmj
I am doing several yoga and exercises from YouTube for tmj with my dental treatment...But I feel doubt that some exercises may make my condition worse....
