Tooth and Mouth Problems

Today while cleaning my teeth I saw this black spot on my teeth, it wasn't there last week, idk how all of a sudden this came. No pain or sensitivity, tried brushing it off but it didn't go. What is it? Pic attached

I have wisdom tooth what to do? What is its solution? Should i remove that? Or it should be stay as it is.. Please reply.

A general question. When impacted upper wisdom tooth is extracted, does the corresponding lower wisdom tooth of the same side also need to be extracted, even if it is fully erupted and not causing any problem? If yes then why so?

I know my jaw muscles are very tight and contracted (due to jaw clenching & overbite)... My treatment (splint +ortho) is going on.. But I feel neck problems, facial assymetry, dislocated bite etc...what exercise or therapy should I try at with dental treatment for foster recovery? How to manage all the anxiety, stress, low self esteem etc for this problem? Please help....

I had my upper left wisdom tooth removed. The lower one was normal(not impacted) hence I kept it. A Few days after removal I started experiencing mild jaw pain when opening/closing the mouth. The pain is still there, it's been 3 weeks now. Any reason to be concerned? What are the remedies for the same.

My complete teeths turns into yellowish and get lines on it, I tried all Home made tricks but at the end result 0. Daily brush 3 times by Colgate visible white But No result, Now I feel shame 😢
