ESI does not cover for aligners treatment....Dental aligners are something that are opted by individual as per their wish and this is not a compulsary one...
Any dental treatment required to be done as a result of accident will be only covered by health insurances and it also limited in terms of number/types of procedures covered and maximum amount payable for such procedure
Instalment payment option also available and it vary from clinic to clinic

Teeth alignment is a long process (around 1year or more depends).for aligners u ll need monthly (mostly) appointments..so payment is also like monthly installments in most of the clinics.
