Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having pain in right upper jaw near tooth. I had a tooth filling 3 years ago and this is near that. I have attached image, could you please advise whether this is related to teeth

Last year I have had gone through braces treatment. After 6 month I stopped wearing retainer now my tooth got dis aligned. It's look very bad.

Having tooth pain since last 2 days. Taken 3 tab Acekon P ytd every 4 hrs. Taken Muscodac 1 ytd night and ciprofloxacin with antacid. Again taken 3 Muscodac tab today every 4 hrs and ciprofloxacin with antacid in morning and 1 hour before. Due to not getting relief, taken Ketorol DT 10mg 2 tab 1 hour before. Right now the pain reduced. But feeling that the problem persist... how to get reilef?

Having a strange sensation in the tongue. Like a tingle. Didnt hurt the tongue in any way i can remember.
