Hi
Bleeding from gums is due to Deposits(plaque and calculus) which leads to Gingivitis..Genralized pain may be due to Gingivitis or if it is localised it may be due to deep caries of teeth
Complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out the cause
If there is deposits then scaling (complete cleaning) has to be done....In case of Deep caries,Root canal treatment has to be done
