Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doctor, yesterday I had gone a composite restoration, gic filling and scaling + polishing.. now one of the tooth has become very sensitive. .. I can't chew food ..it gives a sharp sensitivity.. Is this normal ?

I have brown areas on few of my teeth. The tooth is not paining. It's only a bit sensitive sometimes. Do I need to go for filling up the teeth?

I had pain between my 6 and 7 upper right molar tooth. Some days before while having lunch my one tooth has been cracked and after that I have no pain. I am sending my latest x ray which has shown the cracked tooth. My 6 molar tooth is cracked or 7 molar tooth I don't know pls tell me and suggest me what would be the treatment for both molar tooth.

I lost two second polar upper teeths, which was completely removed. One was removed 4 years ago and another wayear ago. I'm planning to do a implant for the teeth which was a year. I have s doubt it's been a year whether I can do implant now or not. Kindly clarify

Which test or how can I be assure that there is nothing wrong in my tmj and I will be cured totally after my dental treatment (splinting and ortho) for jaw disorder??                          Can I be assure anyway about what is going on near my tmj  to reduce my worry, anxiety, stress etc. during my ongoing treatment for tmj?.... My son' lower jaw left side premolar was extracted when he was 9 years old, now he is 11 years old, but still there is no sign of the new teeth appearing, when does a new premolar comes in kids. Is it possible that a new premolar will never come as the tooth extraction was done at a quote early stage

One wisdom tooth on left side has broken and is causing pain while the other one is normal. Doctor has asked me to remove both the teeth on that side to prevent future compilations. I have heard that post tooth removal there is TMJ pain. Since I have a history of intermittent TMJ pain, should I remove both teeth at once or remove the other tooth after a gap of a few months?

Hi.. as I asked earlier too.. Is rough surface on teeth of baby get clean while brush or any other method to clean it...not too rough but little rough when touch and also look like layer of dirt in teeth... As I m not able to connect online with any doctor here... So plz help...plz Baby is small 16 month old...
