When I eat food little bit spicy still I fell too spicy and I can't open my full mouth I can open up to more than two fingers and I have quite my habit for last 5 months I was eating chewing tobacco so what should I eat and what should I do?

Hi...see the best thing u did is quit habit...that's good ...now for spicy food better is to avoid for certain time...and apply kenakort oint... Thrise daily for one month and take tab. Sm..fibro... Two times daily for 1 month.. Go for cleaning your teeth.

With tobacco did u have a habit of chewing supaari.? Your symptoms say it's oral submucous fibrosis.

Hi It may be oral submucous fibrosis which is due to your habits....Treatment is based on your degree of mouth opening It varies ftom simple mouth exercise to intra oral steroidal injection
