Unable to eat any food containing chilly
Hi, I am unable to eat any food that contains chilly or a bit spicy. I do not have any habit of eating Red Chillies rather having a habit of consuming Green Chillies and that too in very mild to moderate quantity. Currently I am having a burning sensation whenever I am trying to eat any food which a bit spicy even if it is clocked at home. I have a habit of chewing tobacco like PAAN and Gutka. I have reduced the consumption of Gutka but continuing with PAN. Can you please suggest any remedy?

Hi, do you have problem only with chillies or any other food also. It usually related to habit of paan and Gutkha chewing. You need to visit an Oral Suregeon for oral examination to confirm the problem and diagnosis. It might be due to some vitamin deficiencies or may be increased fibrosis of oral cavity. In any case ,you need to get examined first then we can decide upon the treatment.
Next Steps
Visit an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Health Tips
Caution: Stop all paan and Gutkha habits with immediate effect. Take lot of water , fruits and green leafy vegetables in diet.
