Hello Your symptoms indicate that you might be having a condition known as oral sub mucous fibrosis that leads to inability to open your mouth completely and also burning sensation while eating spicy food. First of all it's probably related to some history of tobacco chewing if that is the case you have to quit the habit. Secondly you have to get in touch with a maxillofacial surgeon get yourself properly examined so that a proper treatment can be done for you
