Pain and swelling may be due to tooth cavity and infection. Should visit the near by dentist based on the severity of the infection, Dr will decide either to remove the tooth or to save the tooth by root canal treatment

It may be due to deep caries lesion of the tooth which spreads apically and causes gum infection (Gum abcess)and swelling in face...
You need to go for root canal treatment of the teeth followed by capping
