Sir, i will suggest you that medicines are for temporary relief you should get an online or offline counsultation for permanent solution.
Still basic medicine to resolve your pain are
Caps. Moxikind cv 1-0-1 FOR 3 DAYS
Tabs. Brufen 400 mg 1-0-1 for 3 DAYS
If you allergic to peniciline ane ibuprofen pls avoid these medicines.
