In the toothache with swelling; sign of tooth is infective. In this condition, Root canal treatment is effective when beyond root (apical) pathology is less with no mobility in tooth and if required the surgery (apical curettage/ Apicoectomy) will perform to save natural tooth. If tooth is mobile and apical pathology is more than extraction of that tooth and implantation for missing one.
Next Steps
radiographs to diagnose the severity.
Health Tips
warm saline rinses for every 2 hours to reduce swelling and avoid hot fomentation.
