Visit a dentist ASAP and get the treatment done because if there is any infection then only painkiller will not help.

Visit to a dentist at the earliest to rule out the possibility of root canal treatment if the cavity isn't deep enough and can be managed with a filling ( x-ray will be taken  at the clinic)

Eating Combiflam wont help you much You are having pain mostly due to the cavity in your tooth which must have reached the pulp i.e the part responsible for carrying sensation in your tooth
Next Steps
Visit a dentist get an X-ray done for the tooth in which you are having pain and get a root canal treatment done as soon as possible.A single sitting would help to reduce your pain
