What would be the reason?
I have 6 caps (zerconia)on my front row from left canine to tight canine upper part..the canine and the right tooth of the canine have two clubbed together...i was having a 5 star chocolate..and they came off just the two..i had them cemented today..just was curious what would be cause?

dear patient i f all retentive and resistance form maintained while doing cap then chances of cap coming out is less. but rarely if very sticky item you take there may be chances for the cap to come out since it is a long span bridge. if repeatedly comes out then may need one or 2 implant abutment and make a bridge

Hi Having sticky items will pull out the crown Avoid sticky food items like chocolate,chewing gum and also rubbery foods like naan,parota..Do not disturb the crown with your tongue and finger
