Tooth and Mouth Problems

My jaw disorder was occured because of excessive jaw clenching due to misaligned teeth (deep overbite or protrusion). Now I am being treated for this by dentist.... But because of misaligned teeth, tight jaw muscles and misaligned bite I always feel uncomfortable, nervousness etc. even though I think I am being treated correctly.... Please give me the solution of this dental and mental problem and tell me the best treatment plan for me...Please help me... I am really felling hopeless.
