Hi Stains may be due to improper oral hygiene, having habits of tea, coffee ,smoking,pan... You need to reduce the following habits to reduce the amount of stains in your teeth and you have to brush twice regularly by professional brushing technique as thought by dentist and flossing the teeth regularly and should use mouth wash twice daily( morning and night after food) for better oral hygiene  maintanence

Incorrect oral hygiene habits ( especially not flossing), excessive consumption of tea, coffee or red wine, Habits like smoking etc are common reasons why the stains appear in a short span. Like my colleague already mentioned GC mousse will not help in this regard.
Next Steps
A review by a dentist is required and a cleaning followed by orientation to maintain what has been achieved.
Health Tips
Helpful tip would be to floss along with brushing twice a day.

Thanks for inquiring. Reasons for stains developing again can only be addressed on clinical examination. Regarding GC Tooth Mousse plus, it is recommended for patients with high caries risk, as it contains bioavailable calcium and phosphate with fluoride.
Next Steps
if possible I would suggest you to visit our practice for the further assessment and treatment.
Health Tips
kindly get an reassessment done. As topical application of any product on teeth will not remove stains. it's not only teeth we need to take care of gums and soft tissue .
