Bleeding gums and bad breath are sign of swelling of the gums. There are several reasons for swollen gums but the most common is poor oral Hygeine. This can be solved by getting Scaling done from dentist.
Scaling is a procedure where ,the plaque that has now become hard and is not removed by brushing, is cleaned with the help of an instrument.
You will be given instructions on proper brushing and how to maintain good oral Hygeine.
Also start brushing twice a day.
