Third molar tooth extraction
Need to get my third molar extracted (both upper n lower), but both are in paining position. Is it advisable to extract them in this position or firstly some antibiotics are advised before extraction

Hi.. yes if it is paining then you may have infection in wisdom teeth, you must complete the antibiotic course if suggested by your Dentist.

Hi Wisdom teeth is one that fails to  erupt in its position in the given period of time.... It is not advicible to do extraction with pain Kindly take analgesics and antibiotics for 3_5 days depends on infection before going for extraction so that the extraction will be comfortable

If infection is more then have to take one course of antibiotics and painkiller but if pain and swelling present please visit dentist or oral surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment

Some time antibiotic doesn't work so proper diagnosis is must and decision has to be taken don't wait for long without taking proper care

If mouth opening is normal then go for extraction immediately. Or you have to take a course of antibiotics to reduce the infection and then proceed for extraction.
