Doc asked me for CBCT and some other blood tests... I have all my reports, all blood reports seems okay except the CBCT... It's showing some bubble like structure or may be some fluid

In case of an impacted tooth (tooth still in bone, which has not fully erupted in the mouth) , there might be some changes in the bone surrounding the tooth like an infection which needs to be addressed .Or sometimes it could be an incompletely formed tooth.(unlikely as your age is already 28)The CBCT will need to be evaluated for more details.
you may have abscess formation/infection around your wisdom teeth.. do have OPG? if you have then please post here so that it will be helpful to diagnose.
