If you have an option between natural tooth and implant I would suggest you to, get the RCT done followed with post n core and crown it's the best option to save the natural tooth as far it is possible.

Hey,
According to the xray you have attached here, it seems post and core wont last too long.
As you are young, we should see a long term treatment and for that I would suggest extraction of the remaining portion of tooth followed by Implant Placement.
Hi
As per your. X ray you can go for
**Root canal treatment followed by post ,and core, crown
Or
**Extraction of teeth followed by implants or fixed bridge
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management
Hello,
As per your xray you have 3 treatment options available:-
1) RCT+POST& Core+ Crown
2) Implant
3) Extraction and Bridge
In your case implants will be better option.
Hi..
implant will be best option if you can afford.. as you are young, so it will last for a longer period and maintenance of hygiene will be easy for you..
