Tooth and Mouth Problems

From today morning i am having discomfortness and slight pain in left jaw area. This is a sudden pain. A week ago ecg and TMT test was done to see some heart problems,but the results are normal. But this pain is new and it feels discomfortness.And i do not have any pain in teeth. Please guide me whether this pain are normal or something serious. Some shows online data it is a symptom of a heart attack.

From last 3-4 days I'm getting blood from front 4 teeths.i tried to brush from finger infront of mirror still getting blood.no pain or sensitivity issue till now.feels like gums going down. im having habit of eating food without brushing and avoid brushing sometime when in home which is more in lockdown time. since 4 days I'm doing salt water flos because of that some food content attached to gums came off and shows gums show black color for 4 teeth. i want to be serious about teeth now and need expert opinion what to do next for to have good teeth for future.

I had a jaw surgery 3 weeks ago and a plate was fixed at the center of my jaw to heal the fracture. Will that plate be removed later or would it remain permanently. And to fix bicondylar fractures at both sides of my jaw archbars are placed. Does archbars help in healing mandible fractures with time

47 shows 2 fused roots with demarcation located along the lingual aspect.Localized defect is noted involving the distal socket wall in the crestal area along with distal bone loss with cervical 3rd region. Widening of periodontal ligament space is noted along the buccal, lingual, mesial and distal socket walls.Endodontically treated 46 is noted showing 2 roots with closed apices.Root fillings within the mesial canal spaces (2) extend till apices. Cortices are apparently intact. Root filling within the distal root extends till apices.Localized, periapical radiolucency is noted along the buccal socket wall i.r.t apical 3rd region of the distal root. It shows localized thinning with thebuccal plate. Lingual undercut is noted i.r.t 47-48 region and 37-38 region. Prominent buccal crestal area is noted i.r.t edentulous 48 region.
