Hello dear Please be calm See pic is not clear but I assume it is dental caries You are advised to have early restoration for that. In the mean time you can have analgesic for pain relief

Hi This image is not very clear. However from your description I assume there is a decay in the upper molar tooth and there is pain and food lodgement. If there is severe pain , then u shud consult a nearby dentist ,it needs a small xray to assess further. If its an upper wisdom tooth it may undergo an extraction , if its the 2nd molar then it may require a root canal to save the tooth.  Take a pain killer for tooth pain,  tab keterol dt twice a day after meals for 3 days. Plz visit a dentist and an antibiotic vl also be prescribed  if needed.
