Tooth and Mouth Problems
Diagnostic numbing shots for teeth.
Have been dealing with lower jaw pain under ear and side of neck for more than 10 months. No injuries.
It's like burning and sore pain in the jaw under ear and neck. Been to multiple doctors and dentists. They said it's Myofascial pain dysfunction. I do have muscle tightness and stiffness. I have 2 lump like spots in jaw under ear and neck. The lump in neck is pea like size and hard. It's the same from June'20 till now. No change in size. My physician ordered neck ultrasound,CT scan.Normal.
Whether it's pinched nerve?
Extracted upper wisdom tooth and rct on lower molar 46( suspecting tooth root fracture, cbct clear,no cavity. 46 hurts for tapping and biting pressure before and after RCT )Pain is constant under ear & neck.
46 hurts for tapping, biting pressure. dentist want to try numbing shots to see if cause of my pain is from that tooth or not. is it safe? how to find find fracture with numb shots. Will numbing shots safe to try to isolate cause of my pain? Will it help?

Rotary Endodontics / RCT
I am looking for dentists in Bangalore who specifically practice 'rotary endodontics' for root canal treatment..
I have had a very painful RCT experience once, later had a rotary electric tool based RCT procedure which was swift and painless..
so I am specifically looking for suggestions of dentists/endodontists who practice 'rotary Endodontics' in Bangalore
PS - not looking for general advice that RCT is usually painless etc. I have had a dentist screw up my RCT where I had to tolerate the manual procedure with full decibel of pain, later another dentist introduced me to the modern rotary equipment, hence my query.

Even after x ray we found that there is a horizontal teeth inside jaw though it is not causing any issue now but will it cause problem in future(upper part of molar teeth on both side). Need suggestion what should he do

Lower left 3rd Molar grows horizontally
5 years back in 2016, I got my RCT done for the 1st Molar of bottom left corner & got Zirconia Crown for the same and all was good for 5 years but since last month, I started feeling pain in the same region.
In my X-Ray, the 3rd Molar of bottom left corner is growing horizontally and I am feeling persistent pain in that region.
All the other 3rd molars are growing vertically and I have no problem in rest of the teeth,
What should I do for that, do I have to remove that painful bottom left 3rd molar ?
When I visited ORO Dental of patna, the doctor said to "wait and watch" but that's simply put a stupid reply when I am in pain for almost an hour or two every morning and evening.
Sometimes randomly in afternoon as well.
He gave Painkillers, antibacterial but that's not even a remedy.
The X-ray is quite clear and the cavities are not affected under the Zirconia Crown, so as per him the 3rd Molar's horizontal growth is pressing into 2nd Molar so just wait. Please Guide me. Thanks in Advance
