Hi...the stains may be due to intake of coffee ,tea or some beverages.Water in some areas and some medicine intake can cause stains.Scaling (teeth cleaning) need to be done every 6 months

Hello,
Visit a dentist and get a check up.. Mostly it is because the teeth are not clean so she might need a scaling... If you could attach pictures it will be more helpful in telling.
