I got a dental cap after RCT around 1 month back. I now have a small gap between cap and the adjacent tooth, because of which food particles are getting stuck every now and then. When I spoke to my denstist he mentioned that removing the cap might harm the original tooth and the gap can be closed using some cement in between the cap and tooth. I wanted to get the opinion of experts here if this is the correct process? As of now I am keeping the area clean by water flossing after every meal so that the adjacent tooth is unharmed. Thanks in advance
