Small painless reddish spot in right inner cheek for last One month. Local Dentist give me Rexidin M and Senquel AD mouth wash. Also polish tooth sharp age. But it's can't heal. What to do next

I have developed a cavity in one of the molar.. Can I save this teeth or do I have to extract it.. I am feeling minimal pain with no swelling..

Right now I am rinsing it with salt water and mouthwash brushing two times a day I had a bit discomfort few days back because I bit on the skin flap around my tooth but now I don't have any pain. Please advice I am worried about both getting covid and getting mouth infection
