Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got my wisdom tooth removed and in the process a lot of blood was lost and three anaesthesia injections were given because the tooth was stuck in the nerve. It has been 4 months since the operation, there is numbness left in the whole chin area and there is still pain in the lower front teeth. Is this normal?

Last week had stomach upset by eating junk food have taken medication for that but next day my tongue had white patches all over and had throat pain while swallowing I had flossed with brush but it comes again. Why my tongue is having white layer and its recurring. Please help

Both side gums swollen, lot of pain in ear and throat. Not able to eat food. Started with fluctuations in sleep timing and cold water usage.

I suffering gum pain gum papilla pain for more than 1 ½ months. I visited a periodontist but they says gum inflammation i done cleaning. But no result. Only single tooth gum pappila pain not all.. There is little small hole appear recession.. I do salt water rinse listerine mouthwash and neem power ( homemade ) for massage gums. Last 7 days. But no result..

My teeth is in yellow color and im going to marry in few months.So I want to go for teeth whitening.Is is good to go?or there any side effects?how long it will be white?

As I want to know one thing yesterday I done my scalling with also consulting reputed 2  dentist for a routine check up after doing a routine check up they said me no. Need to do. Any mouthwashes evert thing is perfect and hygiene u. Don't need to use mouthwash. So. Plz tell me which. Mouthwash is good for a long term use without any side effects and making ur teeth calculus and staning. Some one tell me dr reddy  chloex ads mouthwash is good for a long term without which not make it your teeth stained so. Plz guide me
