Tooth and Mouth Problems

My wisdom tooth back gum inflammation and lots of food stuck in that area and pus created and pain in ear cheeks and head. If i press than pus and food remove. I done operculectomy but wisdom tooths back have a hole base of food and pus. What i do now. ? If i gargle than no come out food particles.. I done cbct scan than there show gap like base of food materials and pus.. What u suggest to me ?

From past 1 week I have ulcer like thing on my cheek. Request you to please guide what is that..? I have applied gel as well but there has been no relief yet. What should I do..? I used to chew pan Masala but not much and have stopped from past 15 days.

Hello doctor, What is the reason behind below problem I am not able to open and close full mouth and whenever I tried to open then pain near Infront of ears. I am also not able to close mouth while sleeping. It irritates me a lot. I tried many times for closing but I feel like it stuck or jaw lock. Please can you tell me the exact problem and treatment. I take uultracet semi whenever I have pain.

I have from Hyderabad, From past 2 months on my lower lip am getting bump. Not getting any pain with this. Please suggest

I am not on any splint or night guard.  Haven't used anything before. I have constant pain in the lower jaw under ear and neck for 10 months now. Dentist suggested NTI guard to try for a week or two to see if it helps. If it helps with my pain, he told me to try with splint or guard.  Does NTI relive jaw pain and symptoms? Is NTI an alternative for splint or orthotic? Dentist also suggested nerve shots diagnostic test on my right side teeth to see if the pain is from any of the tooth. This diagnostic test has been proposed since I am having tapping and biting pressure on one of the lower molar since the beginning of this pain episode. Had root canal and crown on that tooth, but still the same symptoms of tapping and biting pressure pain. Dentist want to try numbing nerve shots diagnostic test on this tooth and other molars  to see if the pain stops. are these really helpful for my diagnosis? suspecting root fracture in 46 but nothing found in CBCT. lump spots in jaw & neck.

Sir i ahev been suffering from mild and severe pains occuring due to TMJ disorder more prone on right jaw and little bit on left jaw...painfully while speaking and chewing food...needs treatment

I am having a white patch in one side of my cheek. I addressed it while resuming my smoking habit. I had a habit of chewing tobbacco 8 years ago for 3-4 years. I quit that and started smoking. Used to drink alcohol on moderate basis for 2-3 years. The patch is on one side, white one. I went to a dentist and he said its a localised one and gave me vitamin A tablet for one month and prescribed excisional biopsy. I quit smoking 1.5 months ago. Still the white patch is not reducing. Its not paining while eating, but its giving me stress as it can turn into a cancer in future. I am only 31 and getting married. But this patch giving me enough fear. Can i go for a biopsy in the next appointment? Please give me suggestion DRs, i will quit everything and i want to leave a tobacco free life now. Please help me.
