Food lodging below permanent non removable artificial denture fixed after implants 4 each on left and right lower jaw

I am having this cavity since more than 1 year. I experience sensation in that area while drinking sugary liquids and while pressing the teeth hardly. Is cavity responsible for that sensation? Can anything be done about this? Should I see a dentist now?

Does the teeth marked with red need a rct or filling? I am having discomfort but not able to specify which tooth is causing the problem.

I'm experiencing sensitivity in my teeth since the last 4 months. I had tried thermoseal but it was not effective. Teeth becomes more sensitive generally after I smoke which I've been doing since 6 years. Please suggest me something. I'd like to add that There's no pain or blood after brushing my teeth.
