Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can 59 year person undergo flap surgery.. because teeth are loosing..and gaps are widening between teeth .. already 10 years back he underwent flap surgery..I think it has failed ..

Age 26 yrs , Incisor, bone grafting and  implant done ,zirconia placed ...it looks very unnatural ...don't give good asthetics ... Can I have any solution ??? Sent the photo

I have done a central incisor implant ... Bone grafting was done and implant placed ...now a zirconia crown placed Asthetic is not good ...doesn't match to the rest tooth.. Also the crown looks big due to loss of soft tissue ... What can I do ??? For better asthetics ... And proper size of crown with rest tooths ??? Please suggest
