From past 2-3 days Left portion of my jaw is paining because of growth of wisdom tooth Gum are very swollen I'm not able to munch anything

Hello, Your symptoms are common when tooth erupts.. Get an IOPAR done to check whether your wisdom tooth is erupting normally or is impacted because at this age it's most likely to be impacted. I will recommend to get checked for all 4 wisdom tooth if not yet erupted.

pain is basically due to ...either tooth is erupting or its impacted (tooth which remains inside bone).We need dental x ray to plan it's treatment. If possible share clinical picture

You should visit the dentist as the wisdom teeth do not erupt in proper alignment always and due to improper position ,food lodgement, and infection can occur. Meanwhile u can take painkiller and start warm saline rinses.
