Please visit your dentist and let them know. It is advisable to get only certain dental procedures in the 2nd trimester. Until then you can take Pain medications and relieve it. Regards, Dental Galaxy, Pune

Ist and 3rd trimester is not suitable for any invasive treatment. Rather consult a dentist and let him know , he will guide you accordingly. Also don't take any medication on your own .

Dental treatments are preferred to be done in 2nd trimester with gynaecologist consent. In case of emergency, you can visit the nearby dentist to ease the pain. If any x-rays are to be taken, with lead apron and proper care to the baby. Administration of anaesthesia and medications, as advised by the obstetrician
Health Tips
salt water rinses atleast 3-4 times in a day to reduce inflammation

If it’s mild pain or swelling → manage conservatively (warm saline rinses, pregnancy-safe medications prescribed by doctor). If it’s a severe infection that could affect you and the baby → extraction may be done, but should be careful with the type of local anesthesia given and antibiotics
Next Steps
you can take dentist opinion but avoid xrays.
