Problem in Incisors
Few days ago a tiny part from the back part of my incisor teeth(lower one) just broke and came to my mouth. Today, I could see a tiny hole between the two incisors where the gum connects both.
I am scared what is happening with me?

The reason might be due to decay of tooth below the gum line. This might have lead to chipping of a part of the tooth.
Also do mention if u have any pain during night time or while having cold water or taking food.

Do you any kind of trauma in that area or chew something hard? If not the it might just be a calculus not part of tooth... Please share picture for better diagnosis.
