Dear Sir/ Madam
I have tiny dead tooth which there is no sensation or pain. So can it will be harmful in the future or is it alright? Plz suggest some home made remedy for the betterment of my teeth.

Hello, if the tooth is dead, the best option is to either go for an RCT or extraction based on the extent of damage to prevent future consequences. These there have the possibility to turn into granuloma or periapical lesions.
There is no possible home remedy for this
