Hello For the dead tooth you need to go for the treatment depending upon the physical examination and X-ray findings either we might treat with RCT or extraction.

Hello, if the tooth is dead, the best option is to either go for an RCT or extraction based on the extent of damage to prevent future consequences. These there have the possibility to turn into granuloma or periapical lesions. There is no possible home remedy for this
