You should visit a dentist and get X ray done. The tooth could be restored by placing a cap or crown over it but only after root canal treatment if the broken part involves the nerves.

You need to visit an Endodontist who would take x-rays and see if a intentional RCT treament is required or if they can build up the tooth using cosmetic tooth coloured fillings.
