If a tooth is damaged due to injury, it is not going to grow back. There are many methods to treat this, ranging from a simple tooth colored composite material build up to a full crown so that it replaces the lost tooth structure and resembles the natural tooth. This tooth, at the moment, should be kept under observation to check if it needs a root canal treatment. If there are changes in the root end which can be seen by xrays or if you get pain, you may need to get a root canal treatment done.
Next Steps
1. Visit a dentist 2. Get an xray done
Health Tips
Please do not ignore if the tooth becomes painful. Please do not use over the counter medicines without consultation. Please do not attempt any non scientific remedies if you get pain.

No, teeth don’t grow back and at 18 years of age it’s a permanent tooth so a new one will not come out. You can get an esthetic build-up done or a veneer or a cap on it.
Next Steps
Consult doctor if any pain is there. Get an X-ray done.
