Hi, These holes are formed due to tooth decay/ cavity. Food that's stuck between two teeth causes such cavities. You must get them filled by a dentist as the next tooth will erupt at the age 9-11yrs. So, you must maintain these teeth well until then .
Next Steps
Filling of cavities.

Hi! I will suggest you visit a dentist. They will first take an X-ray and do a clinical check-up, and if required, they will do the necessary filling.

It’s great that you are taking care of your child’s dental health. The tooth has a cavity (caries) which needs to be filled. Filling will help save the tooth from further decay and also protect the future teeth.
Next Steps
